I was late, but no problem. Short waits. Staff very attentive. Doc cared for a skin eruption. Way beyond his responsibility. Very supportive, caring manner. I felt very cared for when Ielt, which doesn't happen often in today's medical care.

Professional and experienced office and medical staff. Excellent Customer Service by being polite, friendly and willing to assist. Clean and beautifully organized office. If you have knee and back pain like me, they may have to provide higher chairs in the waiting room.

Dr Feinstein is an excellent oncologist and I would/and have recommended him to everyone I know. Dr Feinstein is caring and concerned about his patients. He goes above and beyond to explain things to his patients and is always willing to answer any questions that arises.
Dr Feinstein has been my oncologist since my bladder cancer Dx. His expertise, manner, advice, and caring attitude have always been top drawer. He gets top marks for being a truly exceptional physician who is also human.
Most professional! Most knowledgeable! Dr. Sinha takes the time to explain everything regarding course of the disease, how to treat symptoms and possible side effect of meds, etc. Dr. Sinha has a great bedside manner. She's very sweet and compassionate. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Bender and his staff were friendly and profession. They reviewed my medical history with me and answered all my questions. This was a new patient visit. They scheduled me for a follow up visit, renewed my prescription and escorted me to the lab for bloodwork. Dr. Bender explained his thoughts on how my condition should be handled, and never made me feel like he was trying to hurry me out, even though I knew there were many other patients in the waiting room with issues that I knew were more serious than mine. I had to drive almost an hour for my appointment, and I'm sure there are closer doctors. I feel it is worth the extra time for competent medical care. My General Practitioner made this quality referral to Dr. Bender, so extra points to my GP!
Dr. Bender is a very passionate physician when it comes to his patients. He never rushes his appointments. He's very thorough in assessing his patients over all medical conditions as he prepares their treatment plan. We would highly recommend Dr. Bender and his staff if you need or want a professional and caring physician.

Dr Thomas listens to what I say and gives very pertinent information to help me live healthier.
Dr. Thomas was always confident in prescribing medicines for my cancer treatment and prescribing the correct medicines for chemo side effects. He was always reassuring to me and my family. Very good communicator.

Dr. John Thomas has been one of the most compassionate and attentive physicians I've ever worked with. He takes the time to explain my conditions, test results, and treatment options in a way that feels clear and un-rushed, and he always listens closely to my concerns. It never feels like just another appointment—he makes me feel genuinely cared for and supported.
His phlebotomy team deserves special recognition as well. They are incredibly patient and kind, which means a lot because my veins are small and deep, and blood draws can be challenging. Instead of getting frustrated or making me feel uncomfortable, they approach every draw with calm professionalism, gentle technique, and reassuring encouragement. Their care makes a difficult process so much easier.

Amazing doctor who obviously and truly cares about his patients. He stays up to date on new treatments. His patient engagement is encouraging without being phony or effusive. He sits and listens to all questions, addressing each one, without ever looking down at his watch. His staff is great and very responsive in person and on the phone.
